Travel
Getting Here
The nearest airport is Charleston International Airport, about 12 miles from the venue. Given limited parking in downtown Charleston, we recommend utilizing rideshare services throughout the weekend.
Shuttle Transportation
We’re providing shuttle service for the wedding weekend.
Following the ceremony, shuttles will pick up guests at the French Huguenot Church and take you to Lowndes Grove for the reception.
Toward the end of the evening, return shuttles will depart Lowndes Grove with stops at
The Charleston Place, the Courtyard Charleston Historic District, the Francis Marion, and the after-party.
Departure shuttles will begin at 9:30pm with a final departure at 10:30pm.
Transportation to the ceremony itself is not provided, so please arrange your own travel to the church.
Accommodations
We’ve secured room blocks at three hotels near the venues. Room block deadlines are
noted below — please book before then to secure the group rate.
Our hotel room blocks are reserved for Friday and Saturday nights. If you would like to extend your stay, please use the “Book Here” link below to first reserve your room within the wedding block.
After booking, please contact the hotel directly to add additional nights to your reservation.
If you have any trouble booking or extending your stay, feel free to reach out to team@blockbirdie.com for assistance.
